  Good morning I visited your bank on Friday 17 to cash my payroll check. You had a new teller name Noah and was being trained by Jerice they both was friendly and outgoing as well. I loved the way Jerice was doing her training very knowledge and very patient with Noah.

  The Maplewood and Westport Branch have the best tellers and the customer services is outstanding each time I visit. Kudos to the teller supervisor at the Maplewood Branch, she's the best and I can tell by way she interact with her staff and the customers. She needs a raise for all of her hard work with her staff and the customers, because we're not always easy to deal with. I Love visiting your locations, all the folks, and a big thanks from me to them for all of their hard work.

  I am a long time customer of the bank. I can’t say enough about how helpful Jerice (at the Maplewood location) has been to me and my family over the years. Not only is she always pleasant and professional, but she is always willing to help with anything we need. I recently had an online bill pay problem and she went out of her way to get answers for me from someone in that department!

  Today I brought my grandfather in to open a additional checking account. Mesaab was the banker who helped us. He was very friendly and explained everything really well. Jerice also spoke with us during our visit and let us know if we need anything to reach out to the bank anytime. My grandparents have banked here for quite some time and Jerice has always helped them. All of the staff is really friendly and the bank itself is really nice and clean.

  Chelsea was extremely helpful to me in many ways. She has some of the best customer service I have ever received. Her salary needs to be tripled!

  I have been banking at CNB STL Bank for over 20 years and Jerice Walker, have been more than helpful taking the time to sit down with me and talk and make sure that I’m taking care of. I have moved out from Maplewood over 5 years ago and I have kept my account because of her.
