Alexis Manuel1This bank will fine you to death for anything and everything. Tried to close our account after they fined us over $100 for having a balance below $10,000 (which wasn't supposed to happen, they gave us the wrong account type). But the guy failed to close out account fully, so when a subscription got charged to our account (giving us a negative balance) the bank tried to charge us over $100 again! Do not bank with Commerce!

Robert Griffin1If i need to talk to someone at a branch location and its busy it transfers me to a switchboard operator which cannot help me at all you guys need to fix that we can wait on hold instead of having to call back a ton of times hoping to speak to someone at that location instead getting the switchboard opeator 10 times in a row and i still havent spoke to nobody at the branch location this is ridiculous ‼️🤡

Jordan Bartholme1The worst bank branch ever. Expect to spend 15-20 minutes in the drive through, even if you're first in line! Also, I cashed a check there that was written FROM THEIR BANK and they tried to charge me $8 to cash it b/c I don't have an account. Yeah, no kidding I don't have an account!

Kendall H5Michael helped us notarize a document at this location and he is excellent!! Multiple customers were flooding the drive through (with at least one other needing notary service too) and he effortlessly helped us all with courtesy and patience. We especially appreciated this after stopping at two other places where it was super difficult to get help. Thank you, Michael!

Kimberlyn Renee5Usually don’t have experiences at banks that I feel are worth sharing but this location was so fast with helping me and all of the staff was so sweet. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped shortly after. I came in to get a replacement card which takes a few minutes so while I was waiting Tina followed up with me to make sure I was helped with everything I needed. She and Libby were both especially friendly with not only me but the other customers as well. They really made what would have been a tedious errand into a very pleasant experience. Wish more banks were like this!

Andrew Weiss1Went in to setup a small business account. Had a very nice person help me and it took over an hour, BUT 3 weeks later they still didn't send in my signature card so I can't access online banking. Also haven't received my debit card either. Cancelling my accounts and going elsewhere.

Dylan Shapiro1I find commerce bank to be incompetent. The staff is friendly enough, and I don't have any reason to think its untrustworthy, but they were suppose to handle some simple credit card matters for me and after about two months I gave up - internal procedures/technology do not seem to be up to par. They also seem to charge fees that no other bank I have worked with would charge. So, I'm not saying go withdrawal your money from the bank, or not to use it if convenient for you, but if you have an important matter or just want to deal with a superb bank then this is not the one... I make no recommendations but this is not the one.

Amanda Goyzueta5Too many reviews are written when negative experiences were had. Today, I had a noteworthy and amazing experience. Getting married, the more things you have to your name, the harder switching everything over is. Diana at the Demun branch was a SAINT during this frustrating process. Other branches are slightly closer to my home but I always choose Demun. They are the most friendly, the most efficient, the most "on-your-side" of any bank I have worked with. Thank you!
