  I didn't realize what a title company actually did in my first couple of home puchases, just that you have to go through a title company. Then I worked with St. Joseph Title and wow, I was missing a lot! Incredibly knowledgeable staff who are also friendly! That's a nice combination when going through a stressful home purchase.

  I recommend St Joe title company to everyone. Jennifer Brown, was our closing manager. I was with a different company at first, ran into a few snags , they had no idea what to do and just kept making matters worse. We switched to St Joseph title and Jennifer had no problem with the issues. She knew exactly what to do and what forms to file. Her knowledge and experience are impeccable. She was understanding and compassionate throughout the entire process and reassured me that it is all handled and conquered my stress. Without her knowledge and experience I would not have closed. The unnecessary time wasted on other title companies put me in a great deal of stress and lost buyers. If I had her from day one it would have been a smooth close. In my opinion, insist on Jennifer Brown. I thank her dearly. Wanda

  Jennifer Brown and her team at St Joseph Title are amazing at what they do. We have use St Joseph Title twice now for various things. This last adventure is the one that impressed me the most. As a first time at actually buying a property, Jennifer took the time to explain every aspect of the process, as well as answer numerous questions along the way. They were not only helpful, but they were also very timely and professional all the way around. I will be using St Joseph Title for all of my title and closing needs in the future. Great Job!!

  I understand that they were potentially busy and have concerns over covid-19 but when signing, I should be allotted the proper amount of time to review documents before signing. Jennifer Brown ran through the documents like I've done this 100 times. I would be attempting to read one document that she placed in front of me before signing it and she would be "explaining" the next one. She then made a remark stating "sorry, he's reading them" to my loan officer as if that was a bad thing. Jennifer even went as far as telling me how to sign my own name as if I hadn't done the same for 20 years due to their mistake as they put my name down incorrectly on the documents. Overall, she was incredibly unprofessional and I would never recommend going to st. Joseph title unless you have plenty of experience buying a home. This was my first experience and it just wasnt a good first impression.

  So this is my second home I have purchased in my life the first home I used Andrew county title in savannah and it was absolutely a train wreck so buying my new home I chose to use stjoseph title and let me tell you useing Jennifer and her company was one of the best decisions I have ever done clean quick very knowledgeable if I had any question she was very quick with a crisp answers hands down best experience I have ever had thank you jennifer to you and your company outstanding work I hope to see you in the future
