  Be careful and double check anything from this bank. When closing out a CD, they made the check out payable to their bank instead of me. Now I have to make another long trip to their bank.

  Sometimes in todays fast paced society we forget that we cannot fully trust the machines we use to move our funds... Luckily like their name implies there is still some trust in them. I took my supporting evidence as well my humility in and provided it to the assistant manager who was able to provide a equitable solution for myself and the bank. I would recommend, humanity and money have not always coexisted but they showed more then most would have.

  Don't really get the best experience. Have lots of problems with bank. Member since last year. They are slow at handling things. People don't call back like they say. Bank cards are cheaply made tear up easy. No good direct deposit rewards like pay sooner like at other banks. Hope things change at this branch
