  First time homebuyer, Helene was amazing and walked me and my fiancé through everything and was able to give us so many options to be able to build a home together.   The moment my husband and I spoke with Michelle I knew she was the one! She was pleasant, eager to help, patient and kept us informed EVERY step of the way. Being that we were first time homebuyers, we needed someone like her. I’ve heard stories where individuals will get to the underwriting process and end up not getting approved. I express that to Michelle and she reassured me that everything was fine and that her team gets everything on the front end, so when the file makes it to underwriting it’s a smooth process.
