  Shelton was AWESOME!!! Im a first time home buyer and had no idea what to expect. Shelton made everything so easy. He was very thorough and honest with me about everything. He was there with me every step of the way and always answered when I called even some late nights and weekends too.   Shelton is an awesome loan officer! After years of my husband and I trying to purchase a home and being unsuccessful we were very doubtful that it would happen for us and were afraid we would end up renting forever. Shelton encouraged us and pushed us not to give up every step of the way. He worked very hard with his team to make our dream a reality. My husband and I must have called him 100 times with countless questions throughout the whole process and he was extremely patient and thorough while answering any and all concerns we had every step of the way. I’m sure that anyone reading this review knows that the loan process for a house can be very complicated for most people. Shelton explained every step and detail very well so that we knew exactly what was going on and what to expect the whole time. Anyone would be lucky to have this guy on their team!

  Shelton was great from the start. I've worked with many lenders over the last few years to get us pre-approved that unfortunately never happened. Shelton told us what we needed to do and I kid you not within 30 days we were pre-approved. The hardest part of the process was finding a home. Shelton & his team were always responsive. He also got us a low interest rate and we saved money in closing costs. I highly recommend Shelton.
