      Can't give a good review as the IRS states our taxes were never filed for our business in 2018, yet we paid $240 for the service. We only found this out after we gave our info for the 2019 tax season and have asked numerous times to receive our paperwork back. Really liked being told to Richard himself today( at 4:45pm) that " to go f******g call the IRS, I don't care" and then hung up on me. Not professional at all; his office is always a mess and smells like an ashtray. Glad for those he helped, but clearly taking my money was all I was worth.
