She always made sure any problem we ran into she would find a solution quickly and it always worked out.   Laurie is out of this world. She’s fabulous and when you think things are going south, this girl knows exactly how to bring magic into the whole process and have it done as it supposed to be done right. I have the best experience ever getting to know this girl. I can’t ever have enough to say thanks to the fantastic service she provided while doing our loan. Believe it was a very tricky task and she went above and beyond our expectations until the final. Even after she was still diligently watching the whole process until closing. Thumbs up to her. I highly recommend her company, it’s the best experience I ever had getting a property in Florida.

  Laurie and Lauren made my first home buying experience a breeze! As a new home buyer there were many things I didn't understand, but Laurie did a very good job explaining things to me and making sure I left understanding the whole process. Lauren made sure I had all my required documents and processed them in a timely manner and also answered any questions I had. One thing I really loved about Land Home Financial was the communication. They replied to my emails quickly and was there for any question or concern. In the end I got to close on my house a week early and am in love! Thanks to the girls at Land Home Financial!

  Laurie is a true professional as she is with you every step of the way throughout the loan process. Laurie's knowledge is second to none and this is what sets her apart from other lenders. Her Processor Lauren is also kind and knowledgeable and helps you navigate the process as well, providing insurance quotes and other information anyone else would have you do themselves. They truly go above and beyond. I can tell you first hand this is her normal operating procedure as my buyers are always happy. I have also used them for my own loan and have been through the process firsthand. The weekly updates keep the buyers informed and this makes them feel informed which is the way it should be. I highly recommend Laurie as my preferred lender.

  Laurie was instrumental in me getting my current home. There was a home that I wanted and they needed a preapproval letter without contingency. Laurie was able to provide that in less than an hour and saved me from losing the home. She was very responsive and thorough with her follow up and we were able to close very quickly.   Laurie Johnson was excellent, I def recommend her. Her assistant, Lauren was very helpful also.
