  We've been through the home buying process more times than I'd like to admit. Ryan helped us through a very difficult situation with true professional compassion and patience, and through the process, became someone we consider a lifelong friend. He helped us through literally EVERY step, made himself available at all times... and just when I thought I would break down and loose my mind, his sense of humor got us RIGHT back on track! I honestly don't know how he does it. After buying our home, he contacted us two years later (on his own accord!!) to help us refinance at rate I still can't believe we were able to secure. THANK YOU RYAN and co. We recommend him to everyone we know and feel so lucky to have him in our corner.

  My wife and I were priced out of the market. Met with Ryan and he suggested we look for homes that needed work done. With his help and guidance, we applied for a FHA construction/purchase loan. 203k I think it's called. Best decision I've made in a while. After all was said and done, we're living in one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood, and we got it for almost $50,000 under market because of the work needed. The guy is a genius!
