The staff at Penn Community Bank is very friendly and welcoming. Whenever I have something to address, either personal or business, they are quick to respond! As a small business owner their corporate office was extremely helpful as we navigated the PPP loan process. Will and Natalie from the branch checked in with me often during this year since we couldn’t have as much face to face visits due to the pandemic. I chose PCB and stay with them for exactly this - They truly care about their customers.
