  I gave them three stars because I missed a payment on my 150.00 loan. The call center called me to collect. And I promptly paid. They kept calling me sporadically for the next 3 months, even though I was not delinquent. Get it together!

  I honestly enjoyed their service, I don't live in Irving but I make the drive to this specific location because of their customer service. I've dealt with multiple people but my favorite is Alma. She genuinely wants to help me, and since they offer so many different services, I know I'm always going to be taken care of. I appreciate this staff and all they do for their customers! Thanks!

  I feel that the experience was kind of lackluster because no one truly explain the payment plan to me. I wish that it would have been said to me upfront that the monies that I borrowed would have the interest stretched out over 13 payments instead of acting like you could pay them off in less payments. If you take your loan out to completion with this company you will pay three times the loan.amount. They count on your ignorance to make money instead of truly helping you

  Horrible, horrible manager, she literally yelled and talked over me. Very rude and i only needed a change for a twenty. I usually get my money orders from here, but thanks for your lack of customer service. I wished there was something below one star because of how she made me feel. She was so demeaning towards me, making me feel like a thief just for asking change for a twenty dollar bill.

  My mother has an account here to cash her checks. She tried cashing it and since its $300 more than the usual, they wont cash it.. what's the point of making an account at this place? All it takes is a simple phone call to chase to verify that the funds are there. I saw it be done last time.. its not rocket science. The girls that work there are nice and friendly but the lack of serving the customer to their full extent gives this place a 1 star.

  My spouse and I Filed against : Speedy Cash 76 1503 N Story Rd Ste 100 Irving TX 75061-1942 Complaint Description: I borrowed 500$. I have paid this company 2x the amount I borrowed ($1000). And now they say I still owe $600. This is a scam! Run away! Do NOT get a pay day loan. I paid these people 9 months straight for them to say I still owe them hundreds of dollars. I'm not paying them another dime. Now they are going to affect my credit (and all I did was pay them double the amount I borrowed! ) They should discontinue this loan. I have already paid this company the money I borrowed plus another 500 dollars This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 30 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded. Until then I will forever say run away from Speedy Cash!

  The staff was polite and efficient. it was my first time cashing in a money order and the clerk helped me through the process of telling me where to sign and such. Great customer service!

  I honestly already don't like the fact that it's a loan office that doesn't help build credit.. but the fact that after you have paid off a loan not even a good month has passed but you get called to take out another loan... that seems kind of a scam call to me like you're begging for my money the professional way in the case of the situation would be to call and let the person know that they still have an account you thank them for their previous service with you and when it would be out of the system not to ask if you're going to come to make another loan..
