  This place is usually crowded. There isnt a line structure. However, they have plenty clerks to help customers .Most are pleasant. They do ackniwlefge you az you enter the door. The wait time isn't longer than 5 to 7 mins. Be careful about your arrival, sometimes it can be extremely busy

  So I have been to this place twice since I live in the city for the past three years. For anyone that is more than enough to get sucked into their web! So my first warning is to avoid places All places like this as they are not out to help you but hurt. Think of it this way, if you drive through a richer neighborhood you would never find one of these places because those peole are more educated when they get in a bind. Let me just explain something, these places are ok if you are in a bind and you short term assistance. The idea get help, but get out from under the company before you get stuck. The problem, they make you think that you can get all this money for nothing really! If your smart you would question, think and then avoid once you realize that you are paying 10k for a $2600 loan, but people don't think about that all they hear is 11% but what they missed was "a month"! That wasn't my case ..... My first time there I went in for a payday loan, I needed help to pay my rent and so I went in got my loan and the girl was so sweet, she helped me quickly and gave me "all" the information I needed. I felt good leaving there because I was paying my rent and I knew I have a different means of help now. So a few months later I need another payday loan for a smaller amount and didn't really hesistate to seek help from this company nowing that my burden to them would be much lower than before. So confidently I walked in went to the window and was greeted by a rude little girl who didn't give me any information, only asked me everything. Me: "I'd liketo take out a payday loan" Her: "For how much" Me: "What is the lowest amonts I could get?" Her: "How much do you want?" Me: $$ Her: I need your ID ...So I hand it to her and within five minutes she give me the papers to sign tells me which date to come in and give me the money! Ok fine I was in and out of there I don't need you to be nice! Now my last visit there I was specifically told I have two days to pay back Before they take there money out of my account. Ok fine, not that I needed it the second time, but I assumed I had that same option. One my payment date, I was planning to go in after work to pay the store back, luckily before I went in I check my account and saw that they had already took the money! I really don't like someone going into my account so I called and another rude b!tch told me that they collect at 1:30 and I owed them. I told her that they are open for 14 hours, I wasn't late and I was coming in to pay when I get off work! The girls here are so scripted and don't know half of what they are talking about!! Please choose your location wisely!!!

  I love day service and I love when you in line that constantly recognizing You by saying we will be with you shortly that is cut the nicest customer service that ever happened they need more people like them to always recognize you while standing in line and don't be acting like they don't see you so thank you very much Speedy Cash
