Oliver Flores1People there are mindless robots that can’t help at all. Management is just as unhelpful as the entire crew there. Is like the can’t problem solve when a customer has a lost wallet. Screw Bank of America, I didn’t next the extra account anyway, I’m going with a credit union and you should too.

Veronica Brown1Service is always slow. Most of the time I just use the ATM. While your in line a Representative come and ask what you're here for and suggest the use of the ATM. I always ask myself is this the norm. Why doesn't that same rep assist the Tellers. It appears B of A us in financial trouble if they can't get sufficient help. I've heard this was going on before the pandemic. Might be time to move on. No one can suggest a bank with better be service unfortunately.

m g1i had called the bank, complaining because BA does not have security, check up ,,on their Parking. Some customers park on the Red just flash their emergency lights and park along the wall in the Incoming and outgoing driveway,, making it very difficult to drive Into or Out the driveway. Also making Hell to pull out of the marked parking spaces. BA does not care, they do nothing to stop illegal parking.

If you can give I believe her name is Estelle tips on how to actually help/explain to a customer why something is happening rather than just telling them that would be fantastic.

George G.4Afternoon hours are mostly busy, Today was excellent it seems to have good flow of walk-in"s and ATM users. Unfortunately I didn't have an account so I couldn't cash a check from another bank but the teller did point me in the right direction to the other bank.

Serge M1The five stars given on recent reviews must be fake. The employees and management just don't care of you wait forever in line. There are 13 people in front of me and there is one teller open, once in a while another teller comes and helps then goes off in the back doing I don't know what. There are three other employees not helping and who knows where the manager is. 5 minutes into my wait in line I started my stopwatch, I stopped it when I was done with the teller and it was 24 minutes + the 5 minutes = 29 minutes.

Fernando Diaz1Corporate Greed in your face. Unfriendly staff no customer acknowledgement at all unless you go in their face and ask for help. Employees seem very stressed I believe due to understaffing and they have no sense of urgency to help the customers. No business line. No sign in sheet for customers in the waiting area. Staff at desk have their eyes glued to their desk, paperwork and or monitor. 33 customers in line for help and only 2 tellers behind the thick bulletproof glass to help us hardworking customers bank here. Do not bank with BofA this is unacceptable. 0 stars.

Crana Lad2This is a fairly large bank branch, it has 4 outside ATM terminals that sometimes have a line waiting. The inside is a fiasco, if you need to use a live teller forget it, there are usually only 2 or 3 of them working, and it seems the longer the line the more they take breaks. It is common here for the line to be out the door with another 10 or 20 lined up outside, yet BofA still only has 3 of the 15 windows open. Forget customer service and use the ATM.
