  When going to Speedy Cash I need to make sure I’m not in a hurry even though they are 4 or more people there , they still have one or two windows open . I’ve timed how long it takes me to get out and at times it has been almost 45 minuets. It’s not an in and out quick service kinda place but the people are friendly.

  AVOID THIS PLACE! I was a customer here for 2 years. Two weeks ago I took out another loan and the girl wrote up my contract wrong. I was supposed to repay every two weeks and she only put one week WITHOUT telling me. They went and took $300 out of my bank account and since I didn't have sufficient funds I went into the negative which my bank is going to charge me $75 for. I called them and explained what happened and they ADMITTED that they were wrong. They told me they would refund the $315 (yeah, they also charged a "late fee") and that's it. I told them I now owe the bank $75 for THEIR mistake and they refuse to take responsibility. I am now out $390 because SPEEDY CASH won't take responsibility for THEIR MISTAKE. I will NEVER do business with this company again. STAY AWAY FROM SPEEDY CASH!

  It seems to me that everyone commenting here is so self centered and entitled that the least bit of patience is out of the question. i have never seen this staff be unfriendly or rude or slow, and they do the best they can. i have been a customer here for a few years now, i live about 40 minutes away but i still make the drive because i prefer this place over all others. if you are in a hurry then dont make any stops on the way and stop being so d*** impatient! It is no one elses fault but your own that you are late. Anyone that has ever worked for the public would know that the more time u spend complaining the more time ur holding up everyone else behind you. so yeah this place is great and for those who complain, no one likes you anyways.

  I was a long term Customer. Ever since the original staff have left these guys have been terrible. they deposited my check even AFTER they said they would hold it until I got in. I called ahead of time to verify they would hold my check...i was told "yes we have it and we will hold it." Came in a couple hours later....my check was sent off to be deposited. This had happened 3 TIMES (at one point I had to get the general manager Mike to help me out). Done with these guys. If you want to go there...do so at your own risk!
