  Never had a problem I got cash when I needed with no problems the wait time in lines was sometimes long. But I work at DD’s so I understand about long wait times in line. LoL they were always nice and would work with me when I needed it. I would go again.

  Staff is very friendly and helpful however they are always under staffed. There is always one person helping the customers while two people are also there walking around, answering phones or doing paperwork. Pretty annoying that they see a huge line and still won't help the one employee that is swamped with a line of customers.

  My sister gets a loan from them they were doing good Intel they put up a new policy if the bank pays them you have to wait 7 days even if the bank pays before 7 days. An they had attitude problems and lazy.

  I came in to pay off my loan but the manager informed me that I had some out of the blue additional charges like a phantom initiation fee. I was informed later by an accountant that speedy cash loan are designed to steal people’s money through a rediculouly high interest fee. And no I’m seeing for my self. Never again.

  You know when I first called and you guys told me it was okay just put the application in online I did and I was denied I told you I would be denied cuz my credit was bad I told you I would not be approved because my credit was bad then you guys called me back after I was already okay with not being approved and told me it's okay come in as long as I bring proof of my bank's information and my paycheck stubs that's exactly what I did and you guys still rejected me or the lender did either way when I spoke to you over the phone you said lender would approveme had already proved me so now I drove over here for nothing with no money if you guys were going to just reject me why did you call me back why did you have me do any of this pouring salt on the wound man this is messed up
