  I've had 3 loans with them. A large RV, my wife's car and my pickup. In all cases, I paid off the loans early, never late. My credit history is superb. I called to get a boat loan this week. Even though I have 2 accounts, they said they had NO INFO ON ME. Nothing about my history, etc. "Nicole" said Underwriting is going to have to start from scratch.. They wanted my last 2 years of financials, drivers license, social security card, bank account balances, etc. They said I was approved based on them RUNNING MY CREDIT, but they couldn't even tell me what rate. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. I cancelled the whole thing and will work with another credit union/bank that actually wants my business.

  I met a new hire employee and she highly recommended space coast credit union and gave me several reasons why I should do my banking here. I went last Friday and opened an account. I met her at my place of employment. Isabel Corripio was her name. Very nice very helpful very friendly. Thank you again Isabel. Jeff Campbell

  Space Coast Credit Union is fantastic for banking. I've used them for both personal and business savings and checking and they're great. I would caution you about a home loan with them - as quite frankly it is a much longer process than it should be. They are great as a bank, but not my first choice as a mortgage company

  Been a member here since I was a teenager and although the customer service is great, my issue with this bank is their mobile app and I am considering switching banks at this point. It’s completely awful and tedious to function. I constantly have to log in with extra security questions almost every time I need to access my mobile banking. Face ID is always glitchy. One time I was out of the state and the app would not give me access at all to my account which was a nightmare, especially on a weekend. They also have not gotten up to date with Apple Pay. It’s 2021, it’s time to get with the times. All and all, they need to stop cheapening out and get a better app developer!

  I did a loan refinance here not long ago. I found the staff knowledgeable and professional. I found their systems were up to date and user friendly. Very impressed with the credit union here. I’ve had a few calls with them and no matter who you talk to they put the customers needs 1st. Well done SCCU.

  Mia was proactive and helpful, as my wife and I attempted a Limted Power of Attorney and to wire funds. Her kindness and expertise was well beyond expectations.

  They have been okay over the years but DO NOT USE THEM FOR A HOME MORTGAGE!!! In fact, the last couple loans I have tried to get with them directly have been fought with lots of issues. I would think a bank I keep all my money and accounts going through would go smoother than it should. If you are dealing with one of their preferred dealers for a car loan etc it should go okay though. Also, they used to have the lowest rates without shopping but not the case any longer.

  I recently obtained financing for my boat through SCCU. Marcus Wheeler was very professional at all times, keeping me aware of everything that was happening, If I had any questions he was always available to answer. I highly recommend giving SCCU a call if you need a boat loan.

  Would not advise. Nobody has a clue what they are doing and can’t help with anything. Whatever you do don’t lose a debit card they will take way to replace it and don’t expect them to be able to do a wire transfer I literally had to speak with 4 representatives until a supervisor could do one. Simply would not advise. Also had issues with discrimination at another branch. Smh 🤦🏼‍♀️ if I could leave 0 stars I would but google makes me leave at least one.

  As a real estate professional in Brevard county I would not recommend obtaining a loan through this Company. Very poor communications, and very slow. The member was denied a loan, and went to another lender and closed on the loan in just 30 days, with no problems...
