  This company was the best. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, but I have to say Ashley S and Alyssa D went the extra mile to ensure I closed on my home. Definitely would work with them again, and will be referring all my friends and family as well.

  I don’t even know where to start… First off I just want to say before I was even serious about purchasing a home, I would ask Ashley a ton of questions about the buying process. She answered every question, when she could of easily said contact me when you’re ready to buy lol. Fast forward, years later I was ready but the pandemic hit. I had to wait to get back to work to regain hours. Ashley and Monique was there every step of the way. Both were telling me exactly what I needed, of course there is a lot of documentation needed. I was literally jumping through loops, there were obstacles on my end. Trying to close my loan on time, Ashley was there telling me what all needed to be done. I kept pushing thru till the end, I know she was blowed. I really appreciate Ashley for all her help and guidance. My kids and I are so happy in our new home. From the beginning I felt like she was there to help and it wasn’t just a business thing. Again, thanks for everything I can’t thank you enough.

  Ashley is great at what she does! Super understanding and helpful ! People think buying a house is impossible ;but meeting Ashley I quickly learned it was far from it ! Highly recommended

  This is probably the worst experience my husband and I have ever had with any business ever. First, she put the incorrect information into our loan application and got us approved for a loan higher than we should have been approved for. So we went looking at homes that were out of our price range. Then our closing date is pushed off from the 1st to the 5th. We were told this is because not all the necessary paperwork was received. This is after we were given the clear to close twice by Ashley. We were told we would be getting money back at closing, then the day of closing told we have to wire $800. When we ask why, we are given attitude and told just to do it. In the end we were told by the title company we didn't owe any money at all and ended up losing $35 on the wiring fee. Paperwork was not followed up on in a timely manner and phone calls/emails/texts were ignored or not returned to myself, my husband, even our realtor. However when we would call from an unknown number she would answer immediately. Overall this was the worst experience from start to finish and Ashley is the most unprofessional, rude, and arrogant person we have ever dealt with. Definitely would not recommend her to anyone.

  Hi Kristen, I apologize for the way you feel in reference to your experience with us; however, I wish you would have included that you closed your loan with ZERO out of pocket with a small delay due to lender turn times. Figures can change as documentation is received to validate the income your verbally provided. If what you provide verbally is not supported by the the documentation you provide, then the amount you qualify for is subject to change. This is why we encourage our clients to submit the requested documentation upfront to validate the application's accuracy for preapproval. Wire fees are a part of the mortgage process and unfortunately cannot be waived as it is not a lender fee to waive. I wish you and your husband the best in any future endeavors and thank you for your feedback.

  Working with Certified Mortgage Planners was such a pleasure. Their team made my home purchase so easy. I was worried about my new endeavor but with CMP all that went out the window fast. I've learned so much along the way & they are still available today for any questions I have ever had. ❤💘 I wish I could give them 10 🌟‼️‼️

  Ashley is a hard worker and go getter, she puts her heart completely in her career and works diligently for each customer, I would highly recommend going to her!!!!
