  If you are reading this review and have any doubts on who to choose as your lender, I'm going to save you a lot of time: contact Deb Holloway instantly. You will not be disappointed. Being a first time homebuyer can be very confusing and scary but, I'm not gonna lie, the first email we got back from Deb made most of the fears and confusion go away. She sent over an email explaining all the options that were available to us while other lenders simply said we did not qualify for any first time home buyer programs. Honestly, if it weren't for The Holloway Team we probably wouldn't be in the process of fixing up our new home. Deb, Jess, Patty, and everyone behind the scenes were with us every step of the way. They were all very quick to answer any questions that we had and kept us updating on the entire process. When our new HOA had some issues getting information back to us in a timely manner, they all put the pressure on so that we could close earlier than expected. We will be recommending Deb and The Holloway Team at Christensen Financial, Inc to our family, friends, strangers, and even people who aren't even thinking about buying a house!
