This location has undergone a remodel, not sure how long ago that was completed but the remodel includes having only one teller working. If you are lucky enough to show up around lunch time then there are no tellers working. No tellers at a bank!!! The 3 other people in the location, I can only assume are sales associates were very happy to let me know there is no teller available to help out. Maybe cross train these people so that they can help out your customers while someone is eating. Stay away from this location entirely.

      Response from the owner

If you want to get things done, go to a normal branch. Do not come here. They are time wasters. Only one teller open at lunchtime resulting in a queue and waiting period of over 20 minutes. Then things they would normally process in a normal branch they fail to process correctly here. They are experts at covering their behind. They do not care for customer service. Huge lack of initiative when it comes to dealing with customers, instead of sorting problems they ask that you come again. Who has time for this level of service? Honestly, go somewhere else. In fact, I am considering closing my account altogether with the level of service I was given.

Excellent Service!!! Seems like entire management has changed, but they have retained the same standard of service. I visited the bank for a reason (cannot share online :P). Adam and Erica, understood my concern very well. They asked lot of questions for better clarity, and the end they really addressed my concern. Great examples of customer service!!! Thank you so much Erica and Adam...

4th largest city in the United States, downtown, during lunch hour.... You think they would be learning how to work efficiency. I was the only person waiting in line and I waited for 20 minutes. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time.

Arrived at 11 AM and waited about 1 hour for notary services. People arriving later got to speak with associates first (no appointment). An associate said she would be with us shortly and seemed to have walked out for lunch.

As any other bank, the tellers have no idea about exchange rates or how to read or explain them. I went to change some Canadian dollars and they kept reading it to me in a way that is contradicting the calculation their system is doing. After examining what they were saying I noticed they were reading it the opposite way. I went to tell the manager lately how that it should have been read the other way. She presented a very arrogant attitude and said "We have rates changing everyday". I told her it is not about the change, it's the way you read it didn't make sense with the calculation you did. She arrogantly didn't comment and said "you have a good day". Seriously, if those managers don't know how to deal with customers, how are they becoming managers?!
