  This bank refuses to return your money after it was stolen. Employees are very rude and unprofessional. This bank is a joke. Definitely switching to Chase

  I was very displeased with the service at this location. The lady in charge on this Saturday was plain out rude. I work with a lot of people as a business manager and would never treat a customer like this. Ruined my day. There is a way to treat someone and she failed. We go to this bank location for one reason that it is located in our area. Have never had this problem until this day. Also have never had this problem at the Aim Bank nor Frost. Very disappointed

  Very helpful, the people are very nice and their rates are impeccable. I will be changing from chase to this bank even with the distance I have to travel VS going to Chase. Car loan and personal loan with semi okay credit with low low rates.

  This is the crappiest bank I've ever had to go to. Been trying to cash my payroll check for days now. They charge more then check cashing companies,if you could even cash the check at a check cashing company because the bank screws you over when they try to verify the check!!!! I wouldn't even keep my kids Monopoly money here because they probably won't give it back.. screw this bank!!!

  Every branch, (especially this one) are very unprofessional, don't answer the phone if it's almost time to close, long hold times every time you call in & if you request copies - you'll get this message!!!! Horrible customer service!!!
