  I hate going to the west side branch , All the closed offices are not busy or on the phone unless it’s a personal call and u can hear it from just sitting down waiting. Worst costumer service but not the tellers they are awesome but you do have to get off to get better services.

  Have always used complex community credit union. Work with Carmen Perez. Is very sweet . Goes above and beyond to help out.

  Only leaving one star to write this review. If I could leave negative stars I would. I had an issue where my account overdrafted for $35 and they closed my account. I came in to make a deposit and that's when I found out my account had been closed. Was directed to the branch manager who was VERY rude and disgusting woman. I explained the situation and she told me she didn't care about my excuses and refused to reopen my account that I have had for 25 years. She told me to take my excuses and business elsewhere, CCFCU didn't need my business and would be just fine without people like me there. I asked to speak to the bank manager. She told me he is too busy to talk to someone "like me" and said I could call and ask for him but she wasn't going to waste his time or hers.

  The bank in general is trash. Can't deposit after hours. They will over draft you every chance they get, regardless if you've told them not to. Can not deposit checks from your phone unless you sign a paper in person. I travel a lot so that is incredibly inconvenient. I traveled to California and they closed my card on a holiday weekend. Could not even access my money for several days. Might be a mediocre bank if you never leave odessa. ☹

  Christal in loans is the best she has helped my husband and I with our credit so much and with our vehicles. As long as she works there we will bank there with 1000% satisfaction. Amber is also so sweet and welcoming whenever we step foot into complex :) If your looking to fix your credit I highly recommend Christal Marquez she is always going above and beyond for us.

  I've had more than one bad experience with Beatrice from the collection dept. She called demanding money that day or else there's nothing that can be done, even though I had explained to her multiple times that I had no money at the time. She said she would get back to me with a loan officer. I never got a call back. Then I called a loan officer Alex, great people skills he was able to get me an exact amount from the collection dept. to get my account current. Now I got my account current to that amount, again spoke with Beatrice shes demanding more money and cutting me off when speaking.

  BEST EXPERIENCE with Complex Community FCU. Johnny Camacho is the best Loan officer. I recommend this bank for all your financing loans.

  Very good at first, but signed paperwork with them to stop ALL overdrafts and my account is yet again negative! Will be looking for another bank asap, tired of their runarounds and not doing their jobs correctly.

  We love the credit union. ...been with them for yrs....best service and never have messed up our acct in all the yrs we have used them. I will never change. I highly recommend them. I have used all the BIG banks at one time or another. Will never again.

  Have been leaving messages w Marjorie for awhile now and no return calls. When I have spoken with her in the past she is extremely rude and unprofessional. Sad that they have people like this representing CCFCU.
