  They are so slow! What is the point of having a banker stand by the door!? That person could be put to better use doing their job instead of standing there doing nothing while there's a 45 min wait to talk to a banker!!

  The bankers were friendly, but could not figure out how to set up my online banking due to an old account from many years ago. What a horrible hassle. Plus, the wait to see a banker was at least 45 minutes. I closed my new accounts when the issue was still not resolved after 2 additional trips into the bank to provide more info to try to solve the problem.

  Lines are always so long. Only have 1 main bank here in Odessa and one inside HEB and both have long lines all the time. Need more tellers for sure. Waiting is very long. Odessa could definitely use another Wells fargo bank, they have plenty of customers from what I see in the long lines.

  Ig could give 0 that would be adequate early in the morning banker told me that I needed to leave because they cannot make their opening procedures while somebody is outside being in another branches early in the morning while they're about to open and they're so polite to tell me they're going to open in 15 minutes never heard such nonsense as opening procedures

  I can’t say this enough that his bank has horrible service & even more horrible employees!!!! I take a deposit for my job EVERY MORNING not needing acct or rt # & it’s all good cuz they are TAKING money but lord forbid u need a change order....they want acct #...rt #...company’s billing addy...supervisor name & blood type....just to get change for money u already have.....& let’s not forget the hour long wait with 4 cars.....smh I HATE BANKING HERE!!!

  For the past 6 months the 2 ATMs at this bank hardly ever accept deposits which makes it a HUGE inconvenience for me and all Wells Fargo customers. I had never experienced this at another WFB at a different city. Today was the 3rd time I tried making a deposit, I give up. I think it’s time for me to get business with a new bank.
