  Yesterday, I opened my membership account with First Basin Credit Union. It was a very pleasant experience as Kayleigh Masters and Diana Carrero handled the entire process with professionalism, and wonderful courtesy. They made it a point to explain all of the details of signing my paperwork and explaining the process along the way. When I asked regarding opening a joint account, auto loan rates, and credit card options, they answered all of my questions. They even took the time to assist me with downloading the phone app, leading me through the process of creating a username and password, and passcode, and explaining the various tabs on the app. Overall, I appreciated the friendly staff of First Basin Credit Union. I highly recommend them to anyone.

  I’ve had great experiences at other locations but this one is not operating efficiently. I sat in the drive for over 20 minutes waiting for them to deposit two checks. When I questioned why it was taking long, the teller was rude and brushed me off, twice. Even the supervisor didn’t know why it took so long to get the deposit completed.

  As a whole, this credit union is awesome!! However, it’s frustrating when there not open AT ALL on weekends. Not everyone has Mon-Fri 8-5 job. Especially around this area.

We ask for your patience as we improve our services to our members. While this location is closed on weekends, our other branches in Odessa and Midland are open from 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. We hope that those will be more convenient for your schedule.

  This is the worst thing you could ever put your money in the bank or trust with your money they have an non experienced employees and they don’t back up their customers and they steal your money
