V V1My family and I have banked with SWACU for years. Its very frustrating and sad to see the lack of customer service over the years. It is not okay for any customer to receive the run around from staff member(s). Directors do not follow-up as promised either.

Hope Stevens5I have been with the credit union for nearly 20-years and I must say I LOVE the service I have consistently received. I found them so competitive, I now ONLY finance everything through SWACU. I have never had a bad experience and they have always been patient with my trillion and one questions before I made a financial decision for my well-being or family. Today I worked with Shelbie to make some smart financial moves to benefit my future and the process was seamless!!! She was gracious to explain the difference a benefit you can take to cover certain options when you pass away. Not many people think that forward for their families at one of the worst times of life, but I am excited to have had this expansive dialogue that blesses me today and covers my family later. Great job SWACU!!!! I am a with you until my last breath!

B M1Very unprofessional and disrespectful cruel customer service experience especially Ashley Gonzalez. I have never experienced anything like it after being loyal customer for years . If there was a zero rating I would give them just zero stars . Very outrageous policies and discriminatory practices against members including unlawful and criminal activities.Not only they insulted my intelligence but blocked all accounts claiming “ balance owed “ but factual evidence shows all of my accounts are in great standing. There is no love at this pathetic credit union just bunch fraudsters working there, hypocrisy 24/7 . I would not recommend this evil credit union bank .

Victor Puig1I don’t know where to start and if I could give zero stars I definitely would. I’ll start by I had an account with SWAFCU a couple of years back and my account went into collections because of personal reasons so last year I wanted to do the right thing and get my finances straight and I called up them up and come to an agreement which we did. They said were going to note my account as paid in full and report that to the credit bureaus that we were in good standing because they were paid off. So a year later I come go to a bank to ask for a loan and they tell me that I’m delinquent with SWAFCU and I said that impossible I paid it off over a year ago I even showed this bank the emails I had to prove it they were sorry until we have something on a company letterhead stating that it was paid off we can’t help you. So I called them 3 weeks ago and spoke with Chance Bright he told me that he apologized for the error of not removing the negative off my credit bureau however that they would take care of it, at this point I’m furious because they had no sense of wanting to do anything for me he goes on to say I have to email him something with my new address because I have since moved and I did email him I also asked if I could have this document fedex to me and he said NO. Now 3 weeks later I still haven’t received anything and I just found out yesterday that my address has not been updated in the system. I’ve emailed and left numerous voicemails for Chance and his Manager they have not had the professionalism or courtesy to return my calls or emails. I strongly suggest that nobody joins this credit union they are a joke and the have ZERO professionalism !!!

Kimani Kamuyu1I do not recommend this bank. I had fraud on my account a few months back, and they did absolutely nothing to help. Their customer service reps are very unprofessional, and only wanted to know how I planned on bringing the account current, after waking up to see that my account had been used fraudulently. The only way I resolved it was by contacting the National Credit Union Administration. Thankfully I have another account with a bank, because SWACU has definitely failed me as a loyal customer for years. Their total lack of professionalism and seemingly non qualified customer service representatives has definitely gained them a lost customer.

Karissa Ramirez2Great credit union until you need assistance anytime outside of their “business” hours. Expanded hours are definitely needed, members shouldn’t be stuck with an issue on a Sunday because ya’ll don’t offer any forms of assistance. So here I am unable to withdraw money and I’ve got to wait for them to open on a Monday. Move your money to Chase, they still get deposits early like SWACU and they have people available to assist 24/7.

Mr Review1You would think That the "heart" airlines credit union would have more of a heart during a pandemic. Nope not at all it's not there policy. Every other credit institution is bending over backwards to help people out, and what do these guys do? They give you multiple fees for the same thing, and then when you do go to put a mobile deposit in they say it will not be available for 10 days! Kinda crazy if you ask me... Would of thought they would have treated there own better... guess I was very wrong.

Dean Shielly1Absolutely the worst bank you could use. Horrible customer service and a system that relies on faxes. Loans given using the highest of your 3 credit scores and whenever there’s an issue anyone you speak with ever has a clue what’s going on or any solution to problems. I 100% regret ever doing business with swacu and am not unfortunately stuck for now.

The euless location is also great. 5 stars swacu.. Just need help setting up my online access with the new layout, but im figuring that out.
