Julia Brown1I was happy with Metro Medical Credit Union until I paid off my car loan and then I realized 7 months later I was never contacted about the title of my car that Metro Medical Credit Union had since they were the lien holder. I called and they told me they had just mailed it to the address on file and that was that. They didn’t call to confirm my address or send me an email to let me know it was coming nor did they send this IMPORTANT document via certified mailed. This is insane to me. I never received the title so now they title to my brand new car that I worked so hard to pay off before starting graduate school is lost. It’s so disheartening that something SO simple could have been easily avoided. Apparently this is standard practice for them as they never apologized or admitted to any mistake. Very disappointed.

We understand the excitement that follows the end of an auto loan and your expectations regarding how your vehicle title should be received. However, once an address is submitted into our system, the information is deemed valid unless a change is requested by our members in person, by mail, or via Online Banking. Our records show that the vehicle title was sent to the most recent address on record shortly after your last payment was made. Certified mail is available upon request. You can receive a duplicate vehicle title with a release of lien. If you would like further assistance, please contact our lending department at (214)630-0611.

Imelda Macias5Recently refinanced my car with Metro Medical Credit Union and the process couldn't have been any easier. The entire process was online and the loan officer was knowledgeable and thorough. I got a lower interest rate within a week with minimal effort. Definitely recommend!

Atrianna Franklin1Horrible Customer Service Emelda, the supervisor, is very rude. Her customer service is poor. I heard only one good thing about this credit union from a Parkland Employee that I was referred by. However, three other coworkers were telling me do not go through them. After speaking to Emelda explaining to her the delivery of what your telling me is all wrong. She then repeats in a very condescending way “how can I help you, I’m trying to help you”. I explained I wanted to talk to her supervisor. I am then told that she is the supervisor. I was very stunned, because most of her replies too were very sarcastic. I asked Emelda for the corporate number she tells me very sarcastically “I can transfer you to the president now”. I waited for almost five minutes for the president of the company. I eventually hung. I received a voicemail from Sherman he claims is the president saying “I have a message stating you have a question about your application” (which I did not at all). He was no better than Elmelda. I was only explaining how her delivery is very rude. Sherman then said he was confused about what “her delivery” meant. I knew then he was just as rude as Emelda. For him to be the president he should be a shamed so should Emelda. It is a shame that people like this have these type of positions who clearly are not humble nor respectful enough to have a supervisor or president position. They need to be taught again how customer service should be represented especially when someone is new to loans all together. You’re there to help not degrade. I suggest to not use this Credit Union.

Joanne Tenery5I belong to two credit unions. By far, the customer service I receive at Metro Medical far exceeds my other credit union. Metro Medical has made it easy for me to secure personal loans at a very favorable rate. The loan officers and the staff at the teller counters have invariably been courteous, friendly, and helpful. Although there are only two offices, both in Dallas, to conduct business, I do not find this a particular hindrance. I highly recommend Metro Medical Credit Union.
