Real Time Resolutions Reviews

H B1These people conduct illegal business practices. A home my husband owned over 15 years ago and was foreclosed while in Iraq. It was taken and sold to Realtime who sends letters and cold calls demanding payment 15 years later which is long past the statute of limitations. This is harassment, extortion, and illegal period.

Alabama Jenny1Let me first say, we had no choice with this company as our previous loan was sold to this company. We had a “Real Time” But it wasn’t real good. We made good on that loan and paid it OFF in full. When we realized that some two years later these people LEFT A LEAN ON OUR HOME, but the balance was zero?? What!?? you had ONE JOB. And failed! This has caused us problems getting a REFI. And thank God for the good people who we are now working with. They went the extra mile. So if you find you have a LEAN on your home of nearly 20 years, and the only info is RTR, that doesn’t mean ROLL TIDE ROLL, but Real Time Resolution! Get it together people! You are messing with peoples’ lives!

Jessica Rivera1As I read the reviews I notice that I am having similar issues with this company. I am trying to get a payoff and I am having to jump through hoops. I have requested several times to speak with a manager and they have yet to speak with anyone. The finance department is taking over 2 weeks to process my payments - I sent proof last week that the money was taken out of my account and still - NOTHING! These delays are harming my refinance - this is absolutely ridiculous! I need this to be expedited asap!!!

Rick Dytewski5Chaz Munoz was the Short Sale Negotiator for my transaction. He was proficient and responsive when then timeline for tasks had to be met. I found he was easy to communicate with and got to the point of what was needed to finalize the short sale transaction. I appreciate his professionalism when it mattered most to my clients in a difficult situation. Sincerely, Rick Dytewski Tarbell Realtors

Todd Dillon1They bought a 2nd mortgage from a lender who was in bankruptcy. That lender failed to provide a payoff so we could sell our home. As a result the first position lender was unable to grant us anymore time and had no choice but to file for foreclosure. Realtime comes along 2 years later wanting all the money from the 2nd loan. We explained the entire situation. They refused to work with us and persued us in court.
