  Hey Southstate, 9-4 Monday-Thurs and 8-5 Friday (lobby only) ,closed weekends sounds GREAT for staff and employees! NOT for customers with an 8 to 5 Monday though Friday. Sounds like its more on your convenience than the customers. YALL JUST KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

  Sadly CenterState bought up my local bank and the transition was nothing but a TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE! They closed multiple branches (the closest ones to me), the ATM's at ALL the branches were not working (I couldn't access my money), they NEVER even attempted to warn me that the ATMs were going to be down for a couple of days and to make matters worse the tellers in the branches couldn't even tell me when they were going to be up and running. Now bear in mind the Centerstate sent plenty of propaganda saying they were excited and happy to acquire my account, they offer world class service and that they are a "faith and family based bank" but let me tell you, it certainly doesn't feel that way at all if you have a problem....ITS NOTHING BUT CORPORATE PROPAGANDA FOLKS! So a few more days go bye and I had to check my account balance online so I tried to log into my online account and guess what, I have NO ACCESS I would have to go to one of the branches to set up a NEW online account (it was working perfectly fine BEFORE the takeover). Again Centerstate never mentioned any of this in their corporate propaganda which would have saved A LOT of hassle! So I would have to waste my time, gas, etc. because THEY took over my bank to set up my online banking! Again, I wasn't feeling any of that family vibe they talk about just UTTER FRUSTRATION at their utter lack of compassion for one of their so called family! Needless to say I'm NOT AT ALL impressed with my NEW family and will be heading to a credit union now. BEWARE!

  This used to be a good bank until it got bought out by Centerstate, besides their awful transition process which took forever, they snuck monthly fees into the free checking accounts.

  Got here at 8 because that’s when it says you open online. Sign on door says you don’t open until 9.
