Andrew Ketterer16 months ago bank changed my account type, with zero notice to me. Then, secretly charged me $18/mo for 6 mo. Prior 6 years I had no fees under my old account. Bank acknowledged their error and refunded me the most recent 3 of the 6 months of fees. Explanation for not returning the other 3 months, even though it was their error? "Our system won't allow it". Use Chase Bank. These people are terrible. I am closing my account. Way too shady. Don't trust them with your money.

Patrick Satya1What a poor bank. App sucks. Support not supportive. Great hospitality if you can get a human on the phone. On hold for hours! Support this local bank if you believe in that sacrifice to support local business in exchange for less quality, technoligy, and over all ability to perform the service you're needing from them.

Lisa Wargo5I had the most wonderful experience here today. Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful with my situation. The Branch Manager went above and beyond. Helped to educate the person I was with on spending habits and budgeting and I think she got through to him. I would highly recommend this bank and thank you for everything you did today!! You are all amazing!!

George A Tsakos1Let me start by saying I love this bank and have never had issues with the bank in general. This review is solely based on my experience with one teller at this particular branch. She is very unfriendly and really has poor customer service skills. Her name is Olga. My employees who bank here as well as myself deliberately try to avoid her while banking here. Her lack of communication has literally disrupted my entire course of business throughout the holidays. I would encourage you to use regions as I love them, just avoid this teller if you want a good banking experience.

Lisa Winkelman1ATM is CONSTANTLY down and there's only 1 branch in town. So if you need to make a deposit or withdrawal, better make sure you do it during business hours. Some employees are friendly, while others are rude. No credit check is a plus, but they don't offer anything else that great. When you call the local branch with a problem, don't expect them to help. They'll direct you to the 1-800 number, which always has a long wait time. The mobile app is the worst I've ever had. Freezes 99% of the time. So don't count on that either. Needless to say, we plan on switching banks very soon. Do not recommend and I'd advise you to go anywhere else and do business.

MAB MAB1I went in to have something notarized and was told I had to bring everyone to the bank with me that would be a witness and we all had to sign in front of the notary. No one could help me and I had to make an appt. Everyone I know works during banking hours and due to COVID you would think you were supposed to be social distancing. I have banked with regions all my life and have never been told that. I can promise you... I will be finding a new bank. My loyalty to you has just been revoked.

Happy Girl Travels1One star only because it's required! I have tried for a week now to close my Region's bank account! Went in sat with Jackie...assumed it was closed?! No, I had other charges hit. Went it deposited $$$ once again waiting for account to close and now a 'vector adjustment' nobody can explain for $50! Gave them $50 to again settle account and still in 'pending/request statue for account to close! I'm closing account because of so much fraudulent activity on the accounts and now I can't seem to get the bank to do so! Call for the district manager Josh Allen and you quickly realize Regions bank does not have any phone access to live bankers at any banks - hit a random button to get anyone and the wait time is greater than 20 minutes! Paul Garnot5Jackie was absolutely amazing! I was from out of town with a very complicated transaction involving an auto purchase. She made it happen where 99%of other banks would have said “Sorry - good luck.” It makes me want to get a Regents account.

Annette Lewis1I do not like this bank I would never recommend any of my friends or family members to do any business with them. They are racist and rude. If I had my way I would shut them down. I am talking my money to a bank that will show me some respect no matter what my race is.

Chad Richards1Horrible customer service. When you call the branch your call is sent to corporate office, and get to talk to no one, at the bank. When voicing you concerns, they could care less!!! Leaving this cluster **** of a company. When did customer service become obsolete??
