  I have been working with Southside Bank since 2001. I have business and personal accounts. Over the years, I have had several loans from an ATV, tractor, and vehicles. I am very satisfied with the professional service and friendly staff. When you have daily banking you get to know people personally and this bank is exceptionally staffed with a super friendly group. LOVE MY BANK!!

  We have banked at SSB for over 10 years, both personally and for our business. Lee'ah Joseph is our banking officer and handles all of our requests and needs! If we are having trouble with our check reader she is ready to come meet us and personally help us, cookies in hand! She is amazing and I can't imagine banking without her now.

  Wanted to open a account. Stood in line for awhile finally got to the front and the lady wanted to me wait more. I'm looking for convenience and she wasn't even friendly about it. Definitely going elsewhere where they appreciate my business.
