  My wife and I bought our first house almost 2 years ago and Seth did the mortgage. We didnt use a realtor and neither did the seller, who was a first time seller, so neither of us had any idea what we were doing. Seth made getting through the paperwork seem less like mountain climbing and more like hiking, cause it's still a lot no matter how you look at it. He was always available at reasonable times and was frequently available after hours and on weekends. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional at all times. I cannot recommend him enough!
