  Ariana and her team are phenomenal at what they do. Ariana is incredibly responsive, kind, and quick to take care of any problem or question you may. Our loan process was quick and painless. Ariana and her team had such a great cheerful spirit and honestly made this house buying process easy, and that's a tough job being a mortgage lender. I know there are a lot of home mortgage companies out there to choose from, but it is about trusting those who are helping you buy a large purchase.

  After a year and a half trying to buy a new mobile home and wasting 8 months of my time my wife and I were referred to Seth Reves and after just over 2 months we now have a house. This experience has been amazing and I recommend this team to anyone that is looking for a house

  I was very happy with my service at Fairway. Ariana was easy to work with and she communicated well and she’s extremely helpful. I felt like I knew every step that was happening with closing on my house. They help you get the stuff together that you need and keep you up to date on what’s happening with your loan. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
