  Martha and Leah worked tirelessly to get us a home loan. There was never a moment I couldn’t reach at least one of them with questions or issues, and Martha worked around my hectic schedule, even speaking with me late in the evening after business hours. When issues came up, they were open and honest with me about what was going on and how we could fix it. Overall, I would recommend Southern Mortgage to anyone seeking a home loan, especially if you have a situation that requires a little extra attention.   I would highly recommend Mrs. Martha and the Southern Mortgage Group to anyone going through the process of buying a house! The whole team was so helpful and made the process easy! Mrs. Martha is one of the sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She truly cares about all of her clients and made sure she talked to us two to three times a week to keep us up to date on everything.   Martha was absolutely wonderful. She helped us get our credit where we needed it to be to get us approved. She walked us through every step, listened when we were frustrated, encouraged when we were down and ready to give up and finally got us in our dream home.   Martha was absolutely amazing. I could not of pick a better company to handle my loan. I will never use anyone else again, if I decide to purchase a new loan, or refinance.   Couldn't have imagined working with anybody other than Martha! We worked with her over the course of one year.. She told us exactly what we needed to do, in order to get into a home of our own. Once we got our end together, she went above and beyond for us.. I spoke with Martha more often than my own mother in the past few months.. She was available whenever we needed her and continues to be! Being first time home buyers, we had many questions and concerns, she not only had all the answers but she was always happy to help.

  I work in the financial sector so I already had high expectations. From the beginning I felt very comfortable working with Robert. Other lenders made me upset by not meeting my expectations such as great rates, no hassle doc loans, or fast closings. After you being the process you feel like they did a bait and switch on you. Southern Mortgage Group managed the process efficiently with great communication. They exceeded my expectation with a great rate and less fees than the big lenders. Many will make promises but few deliver. When it comes to a major life purchase Southern Mortgage Group delivered. Robert took the time to explain our options and helped us move into our dream home.
