  Great customer service and will work with you if your late. I have been sick and Kristy, I hope that's the correct spelling, said no problem I'll put you down for what day? I said, Friday. Never had any issues when I've been in need. Thank you so much!

  I have had a loan with them for maybe close to a year. They come in clutch when ya need em.. the interest is high but if ya need em ya need em.. only thing is the calling 2 or 3 times a day from different numbers everyday to "remind" you its due.. (the day has never changed so im fully aware) they call when your loan isn't even late..I could understand a few courtesy calls the day its due and One before its late but yal are harassing people.. its not the workers fault its their job but I will not be renewing once my loan is up.

  Completely rude inconsiderate and a complete disgrace to any business. Christie the store manager is very inappropriate she verbally threatened me on the phone spoke to me in a Demeaning manner she should in no way shape or form be a manager do not go here to get a loan worst customer service ever they approved me two separate times for loans the first one I paid off in full the second one I was going to be a little late on my payment date I owed 40.00 I called to make a payment arrangement was told it was successful and what my arranged date and amount was only to be contacted the next day and told oh our bad we have people in training working the phone “they don’t know what they are doing” Christie refused to own the fact that a mistake on her company’s end was made and make further arrangements with me as the customer to come to a resolution that would work for the both of us. Instead she verbally demeaned me for not having the funds she threatened me multiple times and used inappropriate language she said our conversation was making her head hurt as a manager it’s clear She lacks empathy or appropriate customer service skills and should be removed from any company she crosses paths with People trying to pay off their loan shouldn’t be treated like dirt under your shoe

  wow, super easy and quick. I got approved at another loan place, but didn't have my paperwork because everything is online so they wouldn't give me the loan. I called this place and told them my issue with only having online access. They responded with "no problem sir, just email it and we will print it"! I don't know why the other place couldn't do that...Great customer service Southern Loans!

  Great customer service! The Manager Kristie was super nice and very helpful! Had no problem explaining everything to me and didn’t get frustrated with all the questions I was asking. They are always willing to work with me when I’m not able to come in on my due date! Very happy with this company!

  My go to place when I’m in a crunch for cash! Always in and out in no time. The ladies are always smiling and willing to work with me when I’m running a little late. They even pay me $50 for every referral I send to them! So if you need a quick loan go see the ladies at Southern.

  Got my first loan about 6 months ago. Tried several other places but had no luck. This place has a second chance loan for people like me who messed up a few years ago. They're helping me get better credit by reminding me when my payment is due so I don't get late fees and stuff. I just can't say enough about how much they helped me. Now I got a bigger loan not just the small second chance one cuz I be paying good and my points are going up again

  Very friendly & fast. Will have you in and out! Helpful and very informative! Best loan place I’ve been to. I’ve had an account for 3ish months now. Always keep me updated so I never miss a payment and get behind! Amazing!

  So today I went in to the place next door to this loan place only because I had read the review and didn't sound like they would be helpful well I went next door while my fiancee went to check this place out . I had a hard time what seemed like at cash express but at this southern loan location my fiancee had answer and a loan withing I would say 20_25 mins the lady who took care us him was great friendly and didn't make it rough thank u so much. Definitely a place to recommend

  I never actually got to use this place. I called, gave my name, then there was silence. I thought I got cut off. So I called back. They asked if if I could hold. Then kept me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back. Told them my name and that I had called earlier. She put me on hold and then silence again. I held for another 5 minutes. Then decided not to use them if they can't even take a call.
