  Went in for a fraud alert and Stephanie at the front desk was very nice and made me feel welcomed. It was uneasy at first because i had received a fraud alert but Austin got me taken care of quickly. I am happy to bank with Weokie.

  I have been dealing with Weokie for approximately 8 years now and suffice it to say at my ripe old age of 58 I've had the opportunity to deal with a number of banks and credit Unions throughout my existence that being said weokie and their people are hands down far and away the best I've ever dealt with whether it's to get a loan or make a deposit or withdraw some money I honestly have not dealt with another bank or credit Union the likes of weokie. I honestly cannot thank them enough for their patience their kindness their understanding and their non-judgmental attitude when dealing with me I honestly feel like I matter to them which is not something I can say about a lot of other banks or credit unions. Thank you to everyone that weokie for the immense kindness and respect you show towards me every time I come in to any one of your branch's.

  I went in with my grandma and she said Osbaldo was her favorite so we waited for him in line specifically for him as soon as he seen her he recognized her and greeted her with amazing energy it was almost like he was a family member . Im so happy you guys hire people like him who are very patient with elders I feel so comfortable with my grandma going there because I know Osbaldo we treat her great everytime❤️

  They are no longer full service. Make deposits and withdrawals only. Hmmm sounds like an online bank. Time to compare other options now.
