  When my wife and I were ready to purchase our first home, we chose Southern Equity Mortgage. Bill walked us through the process and made a normally stressful transaction, stress-free. He even showed up at closing, to make sure all the documentation at closing was "as promised." The original experience was so positive, we chose Southern Equity Mortgage for our next home purchase and a refinance years later. I would recommend Bill for anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance. He was a pleasure to work with. A++
