  Dan McKenzie is not one of the best but he is THE BEST mortgage officers out there. Dan worked with me and my husband get a mortgage loan and all through the journey his advise and knowledge was superb. Dan is always reachable and you never feel like you are left in the dark. Our loan application process and closing was done within 30 days . Regina from Dan's team is also super responsive and helps you every minute and answers all your questions and concerns.   Dan is awesome. We've used him several times in the past 5 years. I've been a real estate agent for 15 years and closed on 100's of homes. I've had the experience of working with many different mortgage brokers over the years and I can confidently say Dan is one of the best! Not only is he good natured and kind he is also highly experienced with working on both uncomplicated and complicated loans. Once we sold a home and the lender the buyer was using had trouble getting them financed. We quickly referred them to Dan and he worked hard to get us all to the closing table on time.   When I finished building my home in 2015, the banker for my building loan recommended that I get in touch with Dan McKenzie with Options Mortgage in Alpharetta, GA. I contacted Dan and immediately spoke with him by phone and told him that I needed a permanent loan on my new house. Dan and his assistant immediately got to work on my mortgage package based upon my needs. Dan thoroughly explained each detail involved, answered any questions, processed my loan and within three weeks I was approved and ready for closure from a construction loan to a permanent loan.
