  Poor service !!!! The Mexican guy is very rude 😒. And I'm Mexican too. But like that kind of a specimen. I was going to buy tools and I ask for pricing! And I ask for other tools. He gave the price and his peanut small brain 🧠 Though the price was an issue to me. I told the.guy the price is not the problem, just need the right tools. And her told " I do not going to sell you nothing " How prepoten, overhearing and lock of knowledge to how treat a customer!!!!!! It happened twice.

  Steve, Elise and moses are some the greatest people I've ever met. They are kind and helpful and always have a smile to hrwwt you.   I visit this shop earlier today!! It was amazing... their old cash registers machines remind me of this leather shop I use to go to back in Cleveland with my parents.. blast from the past!!

  The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have purchased many different things I have needed and have had loans my share of loans. Steve is very trustworthy and fair. I trust no one else.
