  This is my second time we refinanced our home through Loan factory. I worked with (Nicole Dang, Linh Tran and Steve Nguyen and team). They all are very professional and answered all my questions.   Brian Lê helped me 3 refinances and all went smooth and extremely easy. He is very helpful and I thanks him and his team (Laura and Mel) for assisting me.   I would like to express my great appreciation to Brian Le and the whole Loan Factory team for refinancing my mortgage. After hearing the Loan Factory ads from AM1300 radio on my way home after work on 12/8/2020, I called the phone number, Thao Lam Nguyen told me the current rate and emailed about online application link and the required documents. She answered me for additional question over night for a couple of times, and followed up my application next day to make sure my application was processed right away. It was a great pleasure to work with loan officer Brian Le. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went through the whole process of the refinance, and the estimation of the loan. Everything was smooth, quick, easy, painless, no home appraiser, and enjoyable. The refinance was closed in about two weeks. The rate, time of process, and final cost are all better than I have expected. Thank you very much Brian and team, you guys provided great service! I highly recommend you for home mortgage service.

  I recently refinanced my condo with Loan Factory's help. I actually refinanced twice, the first time in August 2020 and again 4 months later in December. Prior to the refi, my interest rate was 3.50% and I took advantage of the lower rate in August (2.99%) using Loan Factory's website. It was super easy and straightforward; no personal info was entered on the website unless you decide to use their service and apply online, which I did. They called me back within 24 hours and we started working on the refinance immediately. In the Aug refinance, Brian Le helped me all the way through and I ran into a lot of nuisance dealing with my HOA documentation and getting the right documents, but Brian was extremely helpful and patient. The second time around, I called Brian to ask about the even lower rate (2.125%) and he again helped me along with Laura Nguyen and Will Le. All three were very knowledgeable, professional, and especially responsive. They would ring me up right away when the rate was at its lowest. They helped walk me through the process thoroughly and quickly in order to lock in the low rate as soon as possible. I highly recommend Loan Factory and would definitely work with Brian, Laura, and Will again if another opportunity comes up.
