  This was actually our second time working with Josh at Southend regarding a mortgage. He was so helpful during my refinance that I reached out again when purchasing a new property. I found him to be friendly, yet very knowledgeable and professional. My realtor and I were both impressed at the way he kept everyone informed and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.   Working with Josh was great! He made my refinance be a seamless process and he was very responsive. Josh was devoted to get me the best deal possible which I was really happy with! There's a lot of moving parts and paperwork to be done but he explained all very well and was always there when I had questions. Thank you guys!!

  After closing with a different company a couple of years ago I swore I would NEVER go through that horrible experience again. After working with Josh Bouton on this mortgage.   I've been shopping around trying to find the best deal when it comes to buying a home. At Southend Financial they were beating all of the other competitors' numbers, and numbers do not lie. I really recommend Southend Financial to anybody regarding their mortage or a future mortgage. Their numbers are the best I've seen.

  If you need a mortgage, call Tim Preston. There is really no point in wasting time filling out a bunch of forms online, and getting 20 calls and emails a day from different Lenders. Tim already works with them and has direct relationships with them to get things done (it matters). He got my pre-approval done within a couple hours, which allowed me to put an offer in on the property I wanted while I was still on-site seeing it. I really cannot say enough good things about Tim, he was just as excited as I was to be closing on my dream place. I know it sounds cliche’ but don’t you want someone who will text you “BAM interest rate 1.5% lower than you were originally quoted! In your face competition!” Because of Tim, I’ve literally saved thousands on my loan and kept my monthly payment lower. Tim referred me to his contacts for home owners and flood insurance and those contacts gave me way better rates than I had planned for. Once my loan went to underwriting, Tim went above and beyond to quickly get them resolved. I have bought and sold multiple properties in the past and this was hands down the smoothest closing process I have ever had. I will only be going to Tim for any and all of my future property purchases.

  First off, Southend Financial provides nothing short of a 5-Star experience throughout the entire home buying experience. Although this review is to spotlight one of their superstar employees’ - Tim Jankowski. Tim went above and beyond our expectations and created a connection with us that felt more like an experience.
