  Ken did a great job with my 3 simultaneous investment refinances. Colten Mortgage was able to offer 75% LTV on cashout investment refi. His team made the whole process easy and accommodated my needs to streamline the administrative burden on me. Instead of me uploading the same documents to all three properties into their system, his team did it on their end with me only uploading them once. Ken made sure all properties closed quickly and at the same time saving us a lot of time.

  I just closed on my home on December 30, 2020. I worked with Dan Huggins as my loan officer through out my whole purchasing process. Dan literally answered every question I had throughout the whole process and helped me stay organized.   I refinanced my home within less than two months. It probably could’ve gone quicker but I’ll be honest that I took a 24-48 to respond due to work but the team always responded to my questions sent via email quickly, if not within 20 minutes definitely within the hour. I feel that they are very reliable with the accuracy of the information quoted, I didn’t feel that I had to jump through hoops. Everything I needed to provide was easily listed in terms I understood. Didn’t communicate with more than 3 different persons from day one which eliminates miscommunication or misunderstandings. This team has set the bar extremely high anyone else in the business.
