  Fine for online or simple banking transactions. Have had too many issues to relate. Have had assistance from only a couple of truly competent people there, the majority that I’ve dealt with give misinformation or cannot answer simple questions. So frustrating as I never had an issue when it was Braintree Cooperative Bank.

  have 3 accounts here.....but, not for long. They advertise as most convenient bank. INCONVENIENT is more like it. Difficult to work with, ridiculous limits on deposit amounts(what's up with that?). Cant do a lot of things online, many problems accessing, making any changes, machines out of order, face to face not accepting cash at this time.........;

  I would give zero stars if it were an option. Called the help number to dispute two charges from a scam. They laughed at me. Super unprofessional and frustrating. The dispute charges take 90 business days too..

  Rarely go to this bank. I normally go to the one on Bridge Street. However sometimes when I am in the area. I will go to this one. I am normally in and out. Not much of a wait there.
