  Joyce and the team in Holbrook went above and beyond to make it known our business matters! Every person in the bank greeted us with a warm and friendly Smile and we felt it! It was nice to feel welcomed; and we are happy to have a new hometown bank!

  I've been banking here before they merged and since for business and personal banking. I have always had exceptional customer service. The customer service reps are always quick to answer questions or to pick up the phone and call me if there are any. The staff are always friendly, many know me by name. I wish the drive thru ATM was not past the drive thru, this is inconvenient. But for personal service I will deal with it.

  Horrible! July 2019 i asked thst the teller confirm funds for a check at a local bank so i could buy a car. She REFUSED!!! January 2020 needed a new card asked to have it shipped to the branch- they agreed and never told me that it wasnt shipped to the bank it was sent to my house. Teller was incredibly rude and condescending. They dropped the ball and they dont care. And they closed the account because i got so mad about the situation. Horrible bank! Glad im out of bvb there!!!

  Extremely unhappy since the merge with Pilgrim Bank. Debit card was compromised called bank on 12/5, card was shut down as of today 12/19 I have still not received new debit card. Each I time I call (at least 4 times) I am spoke to as if I am a child or an idiot. As soon as this is straightened out and I am changing banks.

  They stop you from using your debit card, at places you have always used. They're not good anymore. How hard is it to check that you use a certain service, and allow you to use it? Too tough for them = 1 star.

  A bank that will not cash a $20.00 bill because they think it could be counterfit!!! I got money from the ATM that is LITERALLY ten feet through their glass door and unless I have an account they WILL NOT make change of their own money that just spit out of their own bank to me 30 seconds prior. I was told very rudely to cash it at another bank!!!

  I've been banking here for decades, since before they called themselves abington bank, and have continued to bank here even after moving one town away, but i've had it with the mickey mouse stuff. Today, they proved that they have no respect for me as a long time customer. In fact, they essentially told me they believed I was attempting to commit fraud. I'm done.
