  Opened new checking and savings account. Very nice and able people assisted. Received debit card immediately. Easy in and out parking

  My account has been compromised twice. Had to a new debit card twice. Opened a new checking account. There web site is a pain to get into. It never remembers my password, even when I know I entered it correctly. Have to constantly create anew password. I'm tired of all the extra work TD bank has created. Closing my account.

  The worst bank ever. Today I was TD Bank location Main St. Weymouth the service was terrible, no one ask you how can help! I was with my small son waited there for 30 min. Was a woman who I told her that I want to open an account, and in that time an old man entered in bank. They offered him help and continued with him and no one apologized me that I was before him in line. Very disappointment in this case. I have two other accounts in this bank, I never open new one and I will close them soon. Very disappointment with service.....

  Started two checking accounts here on two separate occasions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Better hours than most banks and offers a more attainable "Premier" checking account than other banks like Citibank or Bank of America (smaller account minimum to maintain no fee, atm reimbursement, etc.). Very happy with the service.

  Nightmare...still not over. They have had my paycheck for over 7 days when I was told 5...no explanation. They cannot supply temp. Checks as I was told. Told to drive to Braintree branch. I had to get a cashier's check to pay my partial rent and they charged me $8!.... I was there in person on Mon. And told the money would be available next day (tues) it was not and still is not (wed) no explanation. The best part is that I walked in, spoke to a man at a desk, was not treated with any kind of courtesy. Then told to go stand in line at the counter, and then the counter person and someone who appeared to be a manager, no introduction, stared at me like robots when I asked them to help me. This place is a joke. They all clearly hate their jobs and don't care about new customers!!! BEWARE

  Worst customer service ever. I made a CASH deposit today and when I went home I checked my account 2 hours later and I saw that the money wasn’t there, even though it was a cash deposit and it was supposed to clear right away, I went to the bank , the guy that works there didn’t even want to help, he told me to comeback on Monday , in 2 days. I can’t wait to go back on Monday and just close my account with them, what a horrible and unhelpful costumer service they have .

  I visited the branch few days back, this is no longer a customer friendly bank. All the customer friendly associates are gone and I could see why.

  Beth has provided by far the best banking experience I have ever had. A+ customer service!
