  The girls and guys at the Colorado Ave location in Colorado Springs are not only helpful, but fast, efficient, while friendly. Gayle has probably helped me the most with the issues I have needed. She, along with the rest of the crew, have helped me navigate not only with my personal banking, but with my business, my marriage then divorce. My refinancing of cars and homes. They’re great. Highly recommended. It’s a small credit union and I enjoy that very much. You don’t get lost in the shuffle. Of anything, Gayle emails me to make sure I follow up. Can’t recommend them enough! And they always know me by name when I walk in! Thanks to you all! I hope you’re around a long long long time!

  I will definitely never recommend this bank to anyone. I will also be having my truck refinanced somewhere else as soon as everything opens back up. Here we are in the middle of a pandemic and they have done nothing but pressure me for my truck payment. All the while the Governor is on the news constantly saying to stay at home. There for I've been listening to the Governor and staying home. I have the cash for my truck payment but can't get to the bank to deposit it and make my truck payment over the phone. They are telling me I must write in and tell them my reason for no payment for me to be allowed to skip payment. If I don't write in or get them the payment in 4 days they are threatening to repo my truck. Keep in mind I've never missed a payment or been late on a payment in the 2 and half years we've had our truck financed through them. The only reason the payment has not been made is due to the pandemic of covid19 and everyone is being ordered to not go out. Pretty sure the fact everyone is going through the same thing should be enough for them to skip payment regardless and not be requiring everyone to write them telling them why.

  Greatest bank ever. I've had A LOT of terrible banks in my day. Most of the big chains are just out to suck you dry. After searching and searching I stumbled upon this little hole in the wall bank. I had so many questions for the teller before I signed up. I was even told that I was more concerned with my banking than anyone she'd ever seen (because i was fed up with getting screwed over by my most recent bank). But she answered all of my questions, and I was very impressed. After I signed up, they've been nothing but helpful in every interaction. Most knew me by name even, which made it that much more of a quick and easy experience when I went in. The people working there aren't just college kids working to make a few bucks with no control over what's actually going on because they work for chase or wells Fargo (both of which I've banked with before, and both were terrible). The people at kscu actually care about your business and do as much as they can to help you. Hands down the best banking experience I've ever had. All these people reviewing this place poorly clearly havent shopped around when it comes to banking cuz they don't know what they're talking about.

  I've been with Sooper for 25 years. The little Colorado Springs office is located in a convenient area. The staff has never been anything but helpful! Carol and Gail ALWAYS go over the top for us and we are grateful. If I need something uncommon I call them and they do everything they can to make it happen. Thanks for the automatic check deposit even though it means we don't see you ladies as much. GREAT BANK!

  I've been with this bank for well over 2 years, I have my account set up to NOT get overdrafted. A charge went through for $.25 cents MORE than I had on my account and then they proceeded to charge me $-30.00 for a return fee?! Definitely done with this bank, customer service is unreal horrible. What. A. Joke.

  They are the worst bank/cu I have ever had to deal with! Trying to get my loan moved to my credit union is the icing on the cake! Talk about blowing one off and giving out incorrect info more then once even hung up on me when I explained why I was moving credit unions!

  Every time I come here its an issue. They ask me for my number and address every damn time! ITS THE SAME AS THE LAST TIME YOU ASKED!! I could see if maybe my ID wasn't in front of you but it is!! Let it go!!!! It took 10 minutes and a credit manager later to get a statement I asked 3 times for!!! I can't wait to pay off my loan and be done with this horrible place!!!
