  I've been with this bank for about 5 years now and they have been nothing but amazing! Christian has been my #1 guy at the North Academy branch since the day I opened my account! Such a sweetheart and always remembers my son and I. Their staff over all is always so friendly and informative. Gayle at the Old Colorado City branch is another gem from this company. Anytime I've gone to or called that location she has just been such a pleasure😁😁😁😁

  Fast & friendly service for sure! Pikes Peak National Bank approved our company Front Range Auto Glass for a commercial loan and we received a very low interest rate and the best service from any bank we have ever used! We switched over our companies banking and I recommend you make an appointment to see what this community bank can do for you!

  I've had an account at this bank for about 20 years. My grandparents had accounts at this bank for at least a decade that I can remember. I've never had anything but great customer service here. Gail is awesome. She has helped me dozens of times. I've had accounts at a few other banks, but this is my favorite. The drive through is small, though, and can't accommodate many cars. That might be why they asked the young lady to move.

  This girl Niki who is complaining about drive up is just a brat! I've been a customer for 13 years and have never EVER had a problem. Staff is very nice and helpful. Please don't listen to the complaining. Go see for yourself!

  Would you believe?!? This bank sent an electronic check payment for my mother on a fixed income. But they put the wrong account number on it. So the check came back and now the account has a $37 late fee. They say they don't have to pay it because a) they don't pay for their mistakes and b) the payee cashed the check the month before with the wrong number. REALLY?! SENUORS BEWARE, THUS "FRIENDLY" BANK IS NOT YOUR FRIEND.

  Everyone used to be so friendly. Then there was a big change over in personel and you're just another customer now. Ill probably be switching banks soon.

  Highly not recommend to go and open any account what so ever here. Customer Service is bad, to expensive to open a account, and over all this bank is just trash straight up.

  I opened an account with PPNB when I moved to Manitou Springs from small town Illinois 17 years ago. They have always been good to me.

  Horrible customer service. The girls that work at the drive up window are snotty and rude. Closed my accounts after they wouldn't let me wait out a severe hail storm.
