  I cannot recommend Katie Losey enough. I had insurance needs with a hard deadline and after spending hours on the phone with multiple agencies and brokers nobody could help me in time. Then State Farm Kelly Muse was suggested to me by my lender and from the moment I spoke with Katie she calmed me, alleviated all of my stress, and had insurance for me in no time. She was personable, professional, organized, positive and she literally saved the day. Amazing customer service, I'll never shop elsewhere.

  I have been with State Farm for years and I’ve got to say that the ladies at Kelly Muse’s office really know what they’re doing and are by far some of the most pleasant people to do business with. I always feel welcome when I come into the office and everyone knows my name and takes a minute from what they’re doing to say hi. The customer service these ladies provide is seriously top notch. I went in recently to make changes to one of my policies and within minutes of leaving the office I received a call from them just to let me know that the changes were made and they were able to save me some money on my payments.

  I recently returned to Colorado and needed to reinstate my insurance here. Having been a State Farm customer for 44 years, I did not even consider another company. I first called the agent whose office is closest to my home. The individual who answered the phone was not able to help me with even the most basic information, but she assured me the agent would return my call shortly. I did not hear from him that day. The next afternoon I called again, he was unavailable again, but I was promised another callback. It didn't happen. So, I chose Kelly Muse's office. Crimson answered the call, and then proceeded to answer every question I had. Within a very few minutes, I had insurance. I stopped by their office today to sign a couple forms and meet Crimson in person. Ms. Muse, I am sure you realize what a treasure she is. Not only is she knowledgeable and efficient, she is also kind, patient, and understanding. She makes a great first impression of your office. Thank you!

  Kelly Muse State Farm is by far the best insurance agency I have ever tried. I currently get my car and renters policy here and will soon be getting homeowners and life because the prompt, friendly customer service is unlike any other. I know that whenever I email or call, I will get an IMMEDIATE response, helpful (never pushy) advice, and quick implementation. Katie Losey in particular is a rock star - I've been through a lot of life changes in the past few years and I can always count on her to set up exactly what I need even when I don't know what that is! And always with a super quick turnaround time. I 100% trust Katie and this agency and highly recommend to anyone seeking insurance.

  This insurance company is honestly amazing they are amazing people who care about not only your personal well-being, but also what you can and can’t afford. I trust them 100% to handle any obstacle that faces them. Being a young adult insurance is rough and expensive but this company, This group of talented individuals made everything easy to understand easy to do and handle my situations with speed, accuracy, and in a kindly manner.   Everyone at Kelly's office is so helpful and makes any and all interactions regarding insurance issues very pleasant. Associate Katie Losey has helped our family through several claims and many policies. New Associate Keli Bennett is very professional as well and just recently she gladly notarized some non- insurance related paperwork for us. Malva, who we also enjoyed working with for years, will be sorely missed! And the boss, Kelly Muse, really knows her stuff. We were referred to her when our original State Farm agent retired and overall we are very glad to have Kelly as our agent because she has always been very available and up front, as well as reliable and honest. We highly recommend Kelly Muse State Farm Insurance Agency and certainly think you will enjoy working with them.

  Professional, always helpful, courteous, and saved me 50$/month over Progressive. All of the women in the office have far exceeded my expectations. From the first time I walked into the office to each time I call with questions about my policy. StateFarm also saved me about 50$/month on insurance with more coverage than my previous policy with progressive. No matter my concern or question, every person in this office has taken the time to accurately and completely answer my question.

  I had a car accident in December 2017, had to get a new vehicle. Some errors on State Farms part led to financial miscommunications resulting in outrageous premiums. I was contacted by an employee from this office and there was an agreement between myself and this office that was not upheld because that employee no longer was a part of their team and had not passed information on. Because of the agreement falling through it resulted in overdrafts to my bank account. I was very upset with the office and wrote a nasty review. I felt as though I didn't want to approach the office because of all the financial and personal stress I have been going through and this was just another problem added to the list. I later decided that I should attempt to work it out with the office, well I am glad I did. My bank and Kelly Muse worked together to make things right for me and everything is back on track now. I have never had an issue before with my insurance other than within these past few months, and they were resolved. Kelly Muse and her team have always been helpful and didn't deserve to have that review. Thanks again Kelly and team.
