  Our family has been with State Farm Insurance both in Alaska and Washington since 1969. As I have aged I found that the need for contacting my agent has been a challenge at times. Therefore when this agency opened I immediately made a move to this office. I have found this agency an outstanding group to work with. When I call an agent either answers or returns my call within a short period of time. I am happy to have this office representing me.

  I was extremely impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Crescent today, she was absolutely phenomenal!!!!! In a world with a multitude of options, it's employees like Crescent that are responsible for the retention of 20+ year customers like me. Thank you Crescent! And Thank you Sonia Cortez! Craig Johnson's office set a very high bar and I was more than nervous about the transition but.... your office more than embodies everything that I have come to love and expect from State Farm! After today's experience I know that I am in the right hands for the next 20 years!

  So much easier to work with than the car insurance of the guy who was 100% at fault! They talked me through the whole process since I had no clue where to begin and what information I needed to know to go and get seen by a doctor when I was in pain. Crescent and Sonia kept me updated along the way so I didn't have to chase them down, which I appreciated VERY much after getting radio silence for 27 days from Farmers Insurance. 10/10 would recommend!
