  We refinanced with American Pacific Mortgage about a year after our original loan (AZ Vacation property). Jim Brebner and his team made the experience seamless. I was able to lock in at more than 1% lower than the rate we had gotten in 2019, plus we were able to take cash out. It was a great experience with Jim and the rest of the group. Highly recommend!

  Fast, friendly and thorough. Hands down the easiest refi we have ever done. And we didn't even have to leave our house once. They listened to us and were able to get us what we needed.
