  Since the start of the whole process. Giovanni took his time to explain everything to my wife and me. We were working with another loan officer but he was not communicating well especially with rates going up. So, that’s why I switch to Giovanni within hours he send us information on rates and how we can lock our rate before it continues to go up.   Gio is an amazing person to have on your team! He communicates quickly and takes the time to answer all of your questions throughout the entire process! He got me pre approved right away so I was able to start looking at homes right off the bat.   Loved the no pressure and informative approach Gio took.
