  ATM took my SSI card. I immediately went in and although they had retrieved the card easily and I had photo ID they refused to return it too me because "it wasn't their card". Very poor form and wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy.

  So sad to see a bad review about Juan because he is always great and helpful! I use the drive up service at least twice a week and of all of the staff are friendly.

  They have bad customer service lead by their manager Steve Kopra. I needed assistant with my account, which they took over 1 weeks for anything to be done. I would call and they would tell me they would give me a call back...which they never did till i became persistent. ....would not recommend anyone to open an account here

  I have always had exceptional customer service at the Gresham branch,no matter what I was dealing with .

  Don't use the ATM at this location! It ate my mother-in-law's $200 and then said it couldn't complete the transaction.

  DO NOT USE ATM!!! IT WILL STEAL YOUR CARD AND THEY WILL DESTROY IT!!! THEY ARE A SCAM! DO NOT USE THAT ATM!!
